ah its prob still your ibs as i get that and i have to undo my buttons :-*(. is it any better today? its def caused by your work stress. :-( hopefully gym will help you.
i just cant get over the fact that my legs are still sore. my manager asked why i am limping (this is the nice manager who i directly report to) and i told her, and she said that i was unfit, if after 5 mins of skipping, i am sore. i wanted to strangle her. lolBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Well if you skip fast then I am surprised you can continue for over 5 mins!! Skipping really quickly is REALLY tiring!
I am really hoping this week hasn't put me too far back, but have a feeling it will have... Yesterday I had:
2 pieces of toast
Afternoon tea (sandwich, scones, cakes.... Oh dear)
2 dessert spoons of rice & 1 chilli con carne
I managed to turn down pudding!
I have to up my exercise! Boxfit tonight, and will def buy a skipping rope! Will look for one now!:T0 -
It's not as painful today, but as oh had a dodgy tummy yesterday and was really swollen around the belly, I'm wondering if it was a virus or something.
Have you maybe injured something Rups?Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
i hope you both dont have a dodgy tummy, as thats another pain!!! (excuse the pun). :0)

Never mind guys. I don't think either of you did too badly.
I had a low fat spinach and ricotta caneloni thing from Mr s for Dinner. It was quite nice and only 300 and something calories. Then I totally ruined it by eating a big bag of sweet chili sensations when I got in from work.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
oohhh thats not bad.. i ike those :-) your dinner sounded fab though. did it take long to make? i might make that for oh as he loves his italian food too lolBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Skipping is really good exercise. All the boxers do it.
The caneloni was a microwave thing. I got it cause it was on special offer and because I was at work til late so needed something I could just blast in the microwave while I was there.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
ahh lovely. it still sounded so nice. yum.
its raining so badly here. :-( got zumba.. yay
i rate the boxers, dont know how the do all that!!! even in a kickboxing class, when a person has to keep moving all the time, its hard work.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
