I could go swimming at lunch, but then I would have to take the whole hour, change contacts etc, and I just can't be bothered! I swear I would spend over 30mins getting ready/changed! I say I am working on one thing at a time, getting into a habit with no snacks etc on n days, and when that is set (takes 40 days apparently) I can concentrate on exercise!:T0

Sounds like a great idea Jo. we have a pool too but i need a new swimsuit so i cant swim at the mo. You are right though, it takes ages to get changed etc. When I used to go for a swim, I used to take ages and then spend half an hour swimming, which was enough for me anyway. haha. with gym classes, i just change so fast and get ready after the class quickly too. its quite stressful as have to be back on time. :0(Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I usually pretend that the fire alarm is going off when I'm getting changed. Also I do the cardio first before the strength training so normally the sweatiness has died down a little.
Had my skips and a ham and cheese sandwich. I am uncomfortably full now. Yay.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
