    ah see if you grew roses then it would be ideal (i had to sort mine out on Saturday) and had to ask for some foliage to be added as they are cheaper that way.

    I will upload a pic if u like when I get home. Was pretty original! Then if you get hungry heading up the ailse you can have a healthy snack! I am planning on have blackberry twigs (but unripend) in my bouquet!

    5.30 sadly. Will go home and demand h2b gives me hugs before zumba. Weirdly not craving chocolate though.

    ahh hope he is a good hug giver! :0) I have to beg for mine at times. lol. thats a good thing you are not craving chocolate. i think as i had that pepsi and water, it has kept me full (and going to the loo loads). I bought some dates in case i have that craving buti have been ok so far. phew... counting the hour to go home.. :0(

    b - HM banana and strawberry smoothie
    l - chicken soup
    t - pesto chicken and roasted new potatoes, with one slice of bread, rocky bar
    s - 2 custard creams :o
