My weekend wasn't great diet wise, but not too bad either.

I did my normal saturday morning weigh in (as i had done an early one on thurs, and another 1lb lost - so that bit good)

I finally learned how to cook scrambled egg, without it making me sick - so that should make a good protein based weekend breakfast in future!

I wasn't good with the number of meals, trying to regulate it so that i eat 3 small means and 2 small snacks a day, but i'm not good at weekends!

    Saturday -
Breakfast - Scrambled egg & 1 slice of multigrain toast
    Snack - roasted cashew nuts
Lunch (well a lunch/dinner) - Stew (courtesy of my mum!)
Evening snack - half a pizza (Bad!!!!)

Alcohol - 3 vodkas and sparkling water, it could have been worse!

    Sunday -
Breakfast - Scrambled Egg & Bacon for breakfast
Dinner - Chicken cooked with cider and apples and baby potatoes
Snacks - Quite a few biscuits & sweets, was at a wedding fair and then my mum for tea with vistiors (Think it was about 4 chocolate sweets, 2 biscuits, slice of ginger cake and 2 slices of cheese!)

So only 2 proper meals, not a good way to diet!

Exercise wise - minimal again - although did clean the house vigourisly (Brushing, mopping etc!) for about an hour on sunday, and played on the wii for prob only around 20mins a day - its still better than sitting on the sofa eating sweets all day!

Today - its been good so far
    Breakfast - Special K
    Snack - Apple & grape
    Lunch - Chicken salad
Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.

I am praying I last till about 4 so can have my oranges. lol oh yes i had a naughty pastry that someone had baked and brought in. this was in the morning. :rotfl:

I wa meant to go to the gym tonight, but I don't finish work until 5 (usually 4.30), n I thought I would go home n tidy/ clean the house for him. And have a cup of tea, cupcake n watch tv!

    Morning,

I was made redundant last night. I wanted to leave there anyway so this gives me the push I need to find a new job.

I don't have to work my notice so I have 2 weeks to find one. Even if I don't then the wedding money is already saved and we can get by on one wage for a little bit.

The redundancy was a bit of a surprise, I knew there was likely to be some but I was told my job was safe but I was the first to go in the end. I blame the new consultant person hired last Thursday.
