Haha I know :rotfl::rotfl:
I did use to do the exercise with it but as I have got fitter I haven't found it that challenging and I think I am better of doing exercise which really makes me ache! heehee0 -
Em me too. its amazing how hard it has been to lose a stone. i have to try when i am better. i ate pasta last night but made sure i didnt have seconds so i was still a bit hungry and then treated myself to a nutrigrain bar. lol
just feel a biy bleurgh but will keep having the drugs.hope there is nothing wrong wth my eye though i cant look in one direction properly so have to turn my whole head.
having some dandelion tea. thats supposd to be very good and hardly has a taste. hehe.Em well done for walking. on Sunday me and hubby got a bit lost as we went to see my friend who loves near us, and we ended up walking for an hour i think in the snow and because i hadnt been out and about walking, i was in pain.
thats it, when i am well, i am off to the PT for a few sessions so he can kick my butt and then i can maintain it.

I only weigh myself once a week, but thats cause the scales are at my parents!
It's always at the same time though, cause you're weight changes through the day.
My friend would come home from WW and they'd have told her she'd put on 6lbs or something, and then she'd weigh herself the next day and she'd have lost 8! I tried to explain that it's kind of impossible to put on that much in one week, but whatever the WW lady said was gospel. Was a shame cause she ended up getting really down about the whole thing and gave upI'd have thought WW people would be better trained than that.
I'm aming for 11 stone but I'd love to be 10! I suppose I'll see how it goes, I might get there hehe xCross Stitch Cafe Challenger No. 26 :hello:XStitch to do list:-- Birth Sampler -- Christmas Angel -- Mum's Xmas Stitch -- Christmas decs 3 & 4 -- Xmas Bird ---- Snowflake Sonata -- Be Jolly -- JE Unicorn -- Start HAED!!! --0 -

Olokia commented on a different thread yesterday, not seen anything else from her.
The cycling was good, 4 miles and almost flat all the way so its not too hard, but I'll need to tighten the gear change because it was clunking this morning (read that OH will be doing it if he's home tonight).
Think I'll just do it to lose the first stone and then use a normal low calorie diet to lose the other one. Its been good to kickstart the diet this year.0 -
well done stir.. This moment i actually regret not doing stuff properly as i am not well and that is when i am missing the gym the most and eating well. i must try harder and then start taking some folic acid. been having a go at hubby as now he think i 'lool OK' he is back te being a busy bee and this week, i am only seeing him properly TOMORROW. am sulking with him, but he is getting annoyed and claims we spend time together when we go for his comedy. yeah we do but we don't chit chat! he is on planet comedy at that time, so i leave him alone.. sigh!!! hard work!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Rups once you get back into the swing of things it will be fine but I completely understand how difficult it is. I am finding it really hard to get my exercise levels up. I just hate exercise and don't enjoy it at all so have to force myself.0 -

I'm going to nando's for lunch...
it's the bday meal before I go on leave! I will not have chips, but will go either for a wrap or pitta - that's fairly healthy right?!
