Morning ladies,

Well I was naughty and didn't exercise last night as was still feeling angry and grumpy. Feeling lots better about the whole BM thing now though; am going to talk to her tonight (she was on call last night so I couldn't) and make it clear that I am not happy but as I am less angry now it should come out in a more controled manner.

I had poridge for breakfast (same as always lol) and have got a jacket potato with beans for lunch

Em - maybe its kind of worked out well in terms of talking to your BM as you say you have had time to think about it rationally. Let us know how it goes.

I also didn't go swimming last night. N am not going swimming at lunch. I will go tomorrow though, am going to be at work early so I can have a long lunch.

I hope Rups scan went ok.

Yeah I think it is better I didn't talk to her sunday night or last night. I am calmer now but he definately isn't coming!

Have just had a call inviting me and OH to a menu tasting day on the 19th Feb. Typical he is working. but that has reall;y made me panic now. So much to do.

I fully intend to stand firm and let her knw she has been out of order. OH is adamant he isn't coming.

I was going to make soup last night but then realised I didn't have any stock. damn. going to get some on the way home and make some later. am having jacket potato with beans for lunch and then got apple and yogurt coated raspberry bits for afters.

oohhh how exciting for the menu tasting though! We are having ours at the beginning of march. very excited

We are having our marquee guy round on the 13th feb, we get a site visit, n get to choose our chairs, swag, colours etc. very excited about it!

Hmm... I thought we would have heard from Rups by now. I do hope it's not bad news. She said her scan was at 9, then a meetin at work pm didn't she....?
