Only five weeks code - how exciting!! :) And then you can slump on the sofa and drown in a sea of Krispy Kremes! (Clearly I'm projecting my own post-wedding fantasies here!)

Have a lovely evening all. I'll be attempting shred day 3 (though my thighs are crying: "Nooooooooooooooo!") xx

Okay, so today I have had:
b - 2 wheetabix with warm skimmed milk and 3 strawberries
l - WW tomato soup, peach
    s - breakaway biscuit (99 cals)
t - pork loin steak with a HM sweet and sour sauce, with garlic roasted new pots and sweetcorn, slice of watermelon

Not bad, and tea was really yummy :D

Going to the gym when it's hot is such a hard task :(

Agree! So hard to drag yourself into a hot sweaty building when you just want to sit in the sunshine!

Didnt make it to the gym this week. think i might have lost a lb or two cos i have been so bury at work i have not eaten much at all! Enjoying the occasional oak cake with philly tho, and have been eating normal dinners so def not starving.

5 weeks codemonkey! exciting! try not to let the paperwork etc get you down, it's going to be a wonderful day.

Needless to say the diet went to pot with last nights events (see my other thread) and I ended up eating h2bs leftover pizza and a few misshapes. So I've decided to stop tracking the diet because seeing a calendar full of red is not helping. I will continue to do my best with the food but if I fail, then I fail.

No shovelglove either this morning because I woke up 20 minutes before I had to leave.

And I didn't do shred last night either.

I have however, started taking kalms.

    Good morning everyone :)

I'm off out today which means buying lunch out - I'm going to aim to get a salad, hoping I can be strong... :)

Rups - hope today goes okay for you :)

Rups, kalms are pretty much just valerian so not scary at all. I used to take them before exams. If you take too many you get the giggles.

I'm going to get some preparation h for the under eye bags I think.

I have to say, they're helping as instead of being upset I am finding the Jeremy kyleness of the situation hilarious.
