Okay, so today is going okay
b - two slices of granary bread with spread
l - cheese sarnie, pom bears (97 cals), kitkat (107 cals)
Dinner will be a slice of quiche with some salad and some watermelon
Exercise:
300 cals burnt off on the exercise bike (that's accounted for the pom bears and kitkat!)
1 hr housework - including hovering - 180 cals burnt approx.

Hi everyone, I didn't post yesterday cos I didn't lose any weight (OH lost 4lbs grrrrr) and I was in a bad mood!
I was quite good over the weekend but I went out for 3 meals. One of the meals I was super good then not so much on the other 2. But there you go, new week and all that jazz.
Going out AGAIN tonight to Beefeater so I've had a 3pp breakfast, a 3pp lunch which leaves enough points for 1 glass of wine (am driving anyway) and chicken tikka skewers for starters followed by paprika smoked chicken burger. I'm assuming the chips are included within the allowance??? I hope so anyway.
Got lots of fruit to see me through the afternoon.
Have had a quick read through your chat about veils and as I'm having one as well, I've realised it'll cover my backfat overhang! Was planning on whipping it off after I've eaten but it may stay on the whole night now!0 -

hey chrissy. dont feel annoyed about OH losing weight. who knows why men lose more, and they do unfort. the same happend to my OH, andi got annoyed and then realised we are different,. hehe that only made me feel better.
right so my time at the gym was undecided so when i went, i managed to buy a swimsuit and a swim cap and went for a swim. its not a huuuge pool but its reasonable, so i swam for 20 mins and did 22 laps. and then had time to wash my hair. iam starving now.so having my chorizo paella. yum..

Sounds good rups. I have ha an ok day food wise. Had tea n rich tea biscuits for breakkie, cous cous and frazzles for lunch! Went for a little wonder for lunch, and went to registry office to book apt to give notice. OH only has certain times off etc, so had to be fussy with the days. Doing it in November so that's booked! Yay!:T0

you know we didnt even remember doing the notice thing at the registry and had the priest not mentioned it, we would have left it and not been able to get married. how close is it that we can get our documents on the day before our wedding? yikes!!!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

amazing how many calories housework can burn
i need to do more. i used to go mad cleaning and OH used to get annoyed at my OCD and then to calm myself down, i stopped being so OCD. now the house is a mess. hmm need to get cleaning as an excuse for exercise!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Chrissy, I know how you feel. I started dieting at the start of last year, and after a couple of weeks grumbling about the lack of 'nice things' in the fridge, my OH also got on the dieting bandwagon. Pretty soon, while I was busting a gut to lose 1 pound a week, he was steadily losing 2-4 (!!) Grrr...
Problem was that I fell off the wagon after a stone and a half (almost all of it crept back on afterwards) while he lost five stone over the course of last year, and he's kept it off. So he's now a svelte, admittedly yummy, 'medium' and I'm back slogging away down from a size 20. *sigh* Still, I am very proud of him and he's been very supportive of me the whole time, so I can't moan too much.0 -

My gym time was a total disaster. It was so hot in there. By the time I'd done 5 minutes on the rowing machine I was exhausted and sweaty, then I got on the treadmill and did 5 minutes fast walking, then ran for 10 mins (normally 30mins) before I had to give up. I did abs then got on the treadmill again but could only run 3 minutes at a sprint so gave up, did some strength with some star jumps every 2 exercises. Totally unsatisfactory but I was honestly so hot i had to peel my trousers off.
Got a roll with steak and chorizo for lunch so will have that soon.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
