ahh you survived the gym. well done!!!
yeah the chlorine ate away mine, even though I used to rinse mine all the time! kind of miss swimming as it doesnt really feel like the gym, yet its good exercise. prob pass the gym and buy one then and try and find my cap at home!

A leggera (think that's how it is Spelt) pizza. Around 600 calories. Or the salads are nice. N one of the puddings u get with the coffee, the choco truffle ice cream ball is very nice!:T0

Have a Leggera pizza - they're their 'light option' - apparently only about 500 calories per pizza, which is pretty low for pizza!

Yeah, hole filled with salad. Some people don't like them, but I think they are a really good option. Give a pizza fix without the cals!:T0
