STS this week. Can't complain really as I've scoffed everything in sight. Back on it today though. Oh,apart from the ales I am planning to have tonight with H2B tocelebrate 400 days till our wedding
I know that alcohol is allowedon the No S Diet, but ale has a mahooooosive calorie count. Don't care though - I like ale and it's a special occasion. Ish.
I have lost an inch each from my bust and waist. Don't really want to lose any more from my bust, as I'm quite happy with that! Happy that my waist has shrunk a little - now if I could just get my hips and thighs to do the same, cos they're NOT CHUFFIN' SHIFTING! Guess where I am disproportionately large....

well done for losing inches from the bust and waist. woo hoo. yeah its understandable not losing on thebust region, but when i lose (haha, 'when i do'). it is there too and i am like noooooo. i just want t flat belly first!!! then can work on all other areas esp arms.. i hate the way when i wear a strapy dress and i feel my armpits are coming out of the dress. ewwwwBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I have just eaten, I was so hungry I was shaking, not sure why. A live ale to White sapphire, and are planning going out to the pub tonight for a few pints! People in London seem to think drinking ale is really weird- I love it! And are havin the local (where i used to live and come from) brew served at wedding! Yum!:T0
