Ok, so I sent that letter off recording del on 30 March 2011 and heard nothing (I know they signed for the letter.)
Today I have received another letter from a Litigation Dept acting on behalf of Moorcroft claiming that they will issue legal proceedings on 25 April without further notice unless I pay up or come to some payment agreement.
Is there a letter that I can send them stating that the debt is un-inforceable cos Moorcroft haven't done what I have requested?
Or can someone advise what type of letter I can send them now?
These people aren't going to go away it seems and I still haven't a clue what they are chasing.
Many thanx,
a very worried Deb.0 -
