Your tour will be accompanied by a Specialist Battlefields Guide and includes visits to:

• The Battlefields of Flanders – the main British battlefront in World War 1 where more than 250,000 British and Commonwealth solders died.
• The Somme – starting at the Historial Museum at P!ronne and then to the largest British Mine Crater on the Western Front at La Boisselle, then to the Memorial at Thiepval and the new visitors’ centre, the Ulster Tower, Newfoundland Park, ending the day at Serre, seeing the area where war poet, Wilfred Owen fought.
