Just had insulation laid in the loft by these guys, although this was free as i am in reciept of income support i am not happy with them.
i had an appointment on the 27th january for them to come to lay it but nobody turned up and when i phoned them at the end of the day they said it had been cancelled in their system so i was told someone would call me back the next day to set up a new appointment 3 days later i had to call them.
on the day of my new appointment my son was unwell so i had to cancel on them to take him to doctors but they turned up and phoned me to ask why i was not in. Eventually got it done :jon April 7th although the men turned up an hour late. finally after it had been laid and men away i discovered that they had damaged my newly painted wall and despite 2 emails to the company i am yet to recieve any reply never mind apology!!!:mad:
