Do not buy from Pay4X

I bought a wi fi camera in Feb 2010 and returned it because it was faulty. Despite many phone calls, emails and false promises they have failed to refund or replace. My experience appears to reflect that of several other people - be warned

So what have you done about it?

Have you just left it with them, or have you tried to get your money back?

Rung them and emailed them at least 20 times - they always promise to either replace goods or refund but neither has been forthcoming - too busy so far to go to small claims

When did you return it ?

    How did you pay ?

If by CREDIT card - then put in a S75 claim with your CCCC as they are joint liable.

If by DEBIT card - then try a chargeback (as long as you have proof of posting the Faulty item back to them)
