When your viewing your basket, it's the code box above your order not below.

Try it on another web browser, mine did not work on firefox but did on oprea

tried in both IE and Firefox
is there something specific you must put in your basket first ?
when you click Apply does it show oop against your order or do you have to go through the account details first ?
