In the meantime keep them in separate parts of the home & trim their claws!0

I have heard of Zyklene Baily, I guess it would be worth a go, I'll speak to the Vets next week.
Rita-Rabbit - I do keep them separate at night - they have the full run of the house and garden in the day. Their claws are pretty short we've got 3 scratching posts dotted around the house.0 -
Thanks for the links, I'll keep a note of them incase I need refills. I'm really hoping I won't need any but the way my lucks going......
I managed to tempt the cats out from their hiding places - I gave them bf's prawns he was saving for tomorrowMaybe next time he'll think twice before upsetting my cats!!

I use Vet UK regularly for Feliway...they are almost half the price that my vet sells them at. Once you register with them they will send you regular newsletters, and often they have 10 or 15 percent discounts as well. (I always get a couple of extras then!)
I use it because one of my cats is extremely nervous and I always notice a change in her behaviour when the plug ins have run out and maybe I haven't noticed.0
