Does this website use postcode lottery??

OK folks, in another thread I was recommended the website http://www.appliancesonline.co.uk but upon browsing I noticed something strange.
For starters, I'm on TalkTalk broadband, so on a regular basis my connection drops out. Sometimes the router that TalkTalk provided needs restarting. (I think it's dying actually.)
As I was browsing the website, my connection would drop. When I return, the prices on items have drastically changed up or down by as much as £100.
I've basically got my eye on a Hotpoint AQM8G29IV. I've seen the price of it rise to as much as £500, and down to almost £400 within an half-hour.
Is the site picking up that my IP has changed, and thus I'm supposedly in a different area of the country, and thus changes the prices?
I now the prices, even at almost £500 is still £100 cheaper than everywhere else, but the rapid and large variations in prices is confusing.
Does anyone know if appliancesonline is doing a postcode lottery like most other companies?

You might want to read these threads from MSE, as they seem to get very mixed reviews:

I am sure there is a much bigger thread somewhere with complaints about goods not being in stock, but taking orders anyway, but I can't find it at the moment.0 -

It sounds like a 50/50 chance of a problem with the company. I don't like those odds.0
