You can make a quite filling meal by cooking some pasta and putting it in the soup, that's one of my "oh no, no food what's in the cupboard" favourites!

Necessity is the mother of invention and we are quite an inventive lot on here. curry one of the chicken breasts bung everything in you can think of (including the apple)See if you can beg borrow a couple of eggs and an onion if possible Pancakes with the flour and egg. Chopped onion will go quite a long way if you chop it small enough and will give you a bit of flavour, pasta bake with virtually anything you can find to go in it to give it flavour
Good Luck and when you get paid try to stock a couple of bits away for emergencies, tins of sardines ,beans, corned beef ect so you have a little store for the tough times when there is too much month left until the end of the month,(we've all been there a few times I know I have )

  • I would def finely slice the chicken breast, do this while slightly frozen, it's easier! Make a stir fry with that and Thai 7 spice if you have it, otherwise any assortment of curry spices, and serve over rice one day ! Then use the other chicken breast another day, as Indian curry with rice and chapattis!
You could use the flour to make pancakes and fill them with chicken and green beans in a White sauce?
    Hope this is some use
