Hello all,
I ordered some 'easy decking' and planters from edecks.co.uk a few weeks ago, I was given a date for delivery of the planters 4 times and 4 times they didn't show. I am supposedly recieving a refund for this.
My main complaint is with the 'easy deck' kit. Firstly they sent the wrong frame size for the boards, when we spoke to them apparently they were out of stock on the frame we wanted so we would have to cut it down.
Ok fair enough... bit of hassle but nevermind.
Now my FIL is down to complete the 'easy deck' kit and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. Half the rail spindles were warped, they are all different heights and this has meant a nightmare cutting them. They did not provide all the fixings as specified, certainly no spacers. And actually you need to buy some more planks for the front anyway as the frame is so ugly.
I'm glad my FIL is here to do all the work as this is a job for an expert DIY-er.
Easy my bum!
