Received bill from debt collection agency. Didn't order anything!

@omgwhat - Has he checked with Viking for a breakdown of orders on his account to identify the rogue one? Is this DCA notice related to his legit Viking account, or a secondary one that someone may have opened in his name?

he simply has received a bill from debt collectors. none of his bank accounts have been charged.

It seems strange that Viking didn't make any contact between the goods being sent debt collectors chasing the debt now. Did your father see the invoice (posted separately)? I've found Viking brilliant when it comes to sorting out problems. Certainly worth calling them.
