    I would contact the police if their are ringing you up. as this is a crime. And I would tell them that I had the website up and running for over 3 years and you stole the site so this is against the law so see you in court and see want they do.

    Surely you own it and it is techieal a hack to transfer the domain over to someone else, so this company could also be charged under the computer misuse act 1990 and that means that in jail they go.
