I think you will have to get a paid-for version as the free ones are for home use only.
Does your bank offer anything ?0 -
He should purchase, yes purchase anti-virus programs (or multiple licences) for each of the computers, he should not use the free versions as that is against the free terms and conditions.
He should lay the law down about internet access, and supply written conditions on the internet access, what is acceptable or not, and he should not allow the works e-mail to be used for personal e-mails. If staff do not follow his rules, they should get written warning, he should also use opendns settings in his router, and pcs, and bar the appropriate time wasting sites, eg social networking, !!!!!!, auction sites, blogs etc.
Workers just do not realise the damage that can be done to an employer, his data and the company when workers take the pi55.
Personal internet use on a works computer is a perk, not a right.
I look after a couple of small business systems, the staff have all been told their conditions of use, and in the past 10 years, only once has there been a virus, and that was contained immediately.0 -
Microsoft Security Essentials has been free for 'small' businesses since October.the free ones are for home use only0 -
