m&s &natwest applications time?

hi does anybody know how long natwest and marks&spencer take to reply about a sucessful credit card appplication. i applied for a natwest cc and account, i have receieved confirmation of the account but nothing so far about the cc. Also applied to m&s becuz am hoping do to a bt i only got an email to say i would have a response within 48hrs but nothing so far.

M&S took 4 days to get back to me by written letter (sent 2nd class which explains it) - this was simply a small letter saying welcome and a credit contract to sign and send back... got my card today after first applying on 20th November.

I applied for an RBS card (Natwest is processed through the same department). I was accepted immediately online, received the credit agreement the next day, PIN number and card took over a week after that though.
