Possible to implement a "Who Quoted Me" side bar?

Another forum I used to be a member on - The Student Room - has (what I see as) a brilliant feature whereby on the side of the page there is a small bar which shows you who quoted your posts, and when they were quoted, and if you click on it it will take you directly to that post. I think it's a great way of encouraging people to discuss things. I know on The Student Room virtually everyone uses the "who quoted me" bar to see who has replied to their posts and wants to discuss it further.
Possible to implement it on here? Thoughts?
