They look like they've now added a 'Download Actual Bill' link which does work OK for me in IE7.

It works fine in IE7 for me, what version of adobe reader do you have? You need to have v7+.

I have Reader v6, so perhaps it's IE7 that will only work with Reader v7+. The Powergen site works fine on my old PC which has IE6 and Reader v6.
