    Yes I have done so several times and ebay actually seem to do something about it, which makes a change.

    Yes and also messaged seller when someone else has pinched other sellers pictures. They are just lazy, report them.

    Yes, I would. So easy to take your own pics, so why bother using someone elses.

    Someone used my photo from a current listing and used a shorter listing time, which then looked like I had used their photo!. My bidder cancelled their bid and bid on the other item!!. Report them.

    If your photo is hosted on photobucket or imageshack, I'd be tempted to replace it with a message telling everyone its your image
    If at first you don't succeed, maybe bomb disposal isn't the best career choice.

    if it is something i am reselling due to it not fitting and the original photo looks better than the one i take i always ask if they would mind, i have never been refused

    Yes, definitely report this to ebay, who will delete the offending listing(s), usually within 24 hours.

    Presumably you would be equally happy if someone helped themselves to your paypal funds, after your listing had ended? :D

    you must me one of those who steal photos, as if you had spent time taking your own pics you'd know why it matters...
