i won two,mine they didnt call at all but my son got a call after two or three days

Long term lurker and non-winner here. Unbelievably, I won two of these within a week. I received one quite quickly but no sign of the other although the 28 days have passed. I did wonder if they were restricting it to one per person but nothing about that in the t&c. Should I chase it now or give it a bit longer?
