HSBC Overdraft Extension - Personal Experience

Hey,
Right guys I'm a 4th year Masters student at Sheffield, and this is the first time I've been without a job at university, and I am definitely feeling the chill.
Basically I'm running very close to my overdraft, and since I am the guy in the house who pays all the bills, on the 1st of the month I always get a huge dent in my account. I'm actually now looking for a job because even though this government might make you believe student life is affordable, it's not, you simply need a job if you haven't got parents bankrolling you.
Anyway I went to HSBC yesterday afternoon, with about £125 worth of cash/cheques for bills. I asked them whether it was possible to see somebody about my overdraft, the kind lady said are you wanting it extended? I said yep pretty much. She went on my account, and she said I had a very good behavioural score of 64 (It goes from 1-100 with 1 being horrendous). So she said I had good behaviour with my account and was happy to increase it, she asked how much and I replied £150, but to call me in March time to perhaps have it put back to the normal of £1,750.
Anyway there you go guys, HSBC were very helpful yesterday. Hope this helps if anyone else feels they may need an extension on their account.
Cheers
