I thought that was inspired actually....much quicker for us, we have a compost made out of pallets and are about to extend it to a second bay. I really strugle with compost making...I am guilty of making sludge. I felt last night I understood why and the lawnmower made sense to me!

Good advice for those with acres to spare, but for the majority with a few square yards and one Dalek it was once more a waste of time
Eight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens

    re mowing the compost........if I had the space I'd happily mow it, but in a little 10' x 30' I don't have.
I think what he was getting at is chop bits up as small as poss to make compost quickly.
So many times have I seen folk chuck stuff in as is and wondering why 6 months later they still don't have any usable.

It must include move veg over the coming weeks, or they'll run out of no veggie things to talk about!
