pevensey bay near eastbourne

hi we are thinking of going here for our holiday in august . we would be camping at the caravanning and camping site at pevensey bay. was just wondering what there is to do around area (dd 10 and dd 12) have read there is an air show at eastbourne is this good as read its free.also what other attractions around the area. thanks

Ooh i'm going to Pevensey Bay in a couple of weeks so i'd be interested to know what's around there too

Battle Abbey which was the site of the Battle of Hastings...http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/daysout/properties/1066-battle-of-hastings-abbey-and-battlefield/

Hastings has a sea-life Centre as does Brighton so they can be worth a look especially if its a wet day....
