Each reply I have had from them has been 3 days from me sending my email so I am expecting them to be slow.
I just don't like the fact they didnt acknowledge my request as such and just skirted round it.
My other half is getting so fed up as he's missing out on time with his brother & friends can't wait to get it resolved!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Just thought I would update, checked my bank today and found they had refunded the full payment (which also included a golf bag I bought in same transaction as well) checked my emails and it said they had refunded amount for golf clubs in full no mention on returning them so feel pretty happy with the result :D

It might be worth sending one final e-mail, thanking them for the refund, and asking what they want doing with the clubs.

The last thing you want is for them to contact you in a few months (after you've disposed of them) asking why they haven't received them back.

Thanks, glad to have it sorted and I was just about to send them an email, I had a thought, that they might have done the bag refund to be used as postage but will ask anyway. Thanks to everyone for the help
