Yes, electrical items like those, cameras, laptops, etc., should be in your hand luggage.

Interesting - I always put my phone charger in my suitcase, the camera, laptop and its mains adapter go in the hand luggage.

I usually only have hand luggage, and all my chargers go in there, plus my hair straighteners and all other electrical items I'm taking. An alarm clock is fine .
