1. By entering the free prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent.
3. To enter you must provide us with your details online at https://www.topshop.com/psglasgow. Prize Draw closes at midnight on 21 May 2011. Only one entry per person. Topshop does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
4. Topshop complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. 5. The will be one winner drawn at random (by an independent person) by 25 May 2011. The winner and runners up will be notified by email by no later than 2nd June 2011. Topshop's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winning prize consists of one £500 Big Wow appointment with the Personal Shoppers in Topshop Glasgow. Once notified the winner will need to book in an appointment, and during this appointment only will they be able to redeem the £500 worth of products from the Topshop store at Topshop, unit 7/8 Argyle Street, Glasgow, G2 8BJ.
7. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the winner being notified, Topshop reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative person.
8. The prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topshop reserves the right to substitute the prizes for ones of its choosing which have a value the same or greater than the original prizes in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. Winner details will be available for 6 months after the draw by sending a SAE to Personal Shopping Glasgow Topshop Prize Draw, Topshop Marketing at the address below.
10. Topshop reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
