Yeah thanks re the freecycle idea... I just hate stuff to go to waste. I might need the cream and the white but deffo not 3/4 of a tub of chocolate..
What's happening to DNMS - normally she's on here @ an ungodly hour...or am I so out of the loop with all the work I've been doing lately :rotfl:
Tiredness from the previous 4 days exertions hit me about 11am so I think that's most of the end of my list guys. If I get the boys cleaned out, menu planning done and the kitchen done I'll be happy :A....
Priced blinds and wood stain for coffee table = approx £17 so if I get the library refund I can afford it next week....I just need something to take the varnish off the coffee table.....Maybe I should call the hardware store back?
Anyhow just popping by.....(blinds are for bedroom and kitchen. Bathroom has no windows. Love the lounge one that much :j)

ntby - you may be surprised, kittens are great listeners!!
Weird day here. Very hazy up until lunch time and its gone that way again now. Its been warm but not very inviting to sit outside- painted all the planks I have for the raised beds
- come in to work briefly to use computer, pick up tin of paint I left at start of week and couldnt be bothered taking home
- charged mobile and ipod
- checked banking (absolutely zilch!!)
- drinking 17p sugar free cola instead of £1.50 yummy special diet cola - its bleugh but doing the trick
- use bus pass for subsidised travel
- checked out freebies
- entered a handful of comps (not done for ages!!)
- emailed CAB re a payment change for the DAS, creditor written to me instead of them
- try to avoid fine by writing to DVLA to explain I didnt transfer ownership of my car but the police took and scrapped the damn thing and didnt tell me I had to do anything with the form!

I was up at an ungodly hour erme! Thanks for noticing who I am - that's very sweet of you :A glad to hear the decorating went well, just don't spend any money you can't afford!
NTBY - I actually wanted to reply to you earlier, but I wanted to properly formulate my thoughts! Firstly so exciting to be chatting to you from Uganda :j hope it is fabulous out there. What is it you do young lady? Whatever it is you are my idol! Ok thoughts on your oh - firstly it doesn't sound like you know this woman is staying there? but that you know she is in London so firstly this may not be happening how you imagine it. Secondly, my lovely, I am under no illusions that your oh isn't gutted beyond belief to have lost such a fabulous woman as you - why do you doubt it? Are you out putting it about because he is so easy to forget? No & if he is worth your heart break neither is he. Don't make this in to a yard stick to beat yourself with lovely, he might need friends around him at the moment, but you need to focus fully on you right noe. Life is there for the taking, enjoy it. He is in London feeling the pinch without you so don't doubt it for a second x
ziggy sorry to hear its a rough day xxx
perni - you are lovely. You really do care about everyone :A want to share your troubles? xDF as at 30/12/16

Thanks, DNMS
I work for a reproductive health charity, and will (with any luck!) manage their external relations in Uganda. Eek, sounds important for little me!
I do know her well actually, shes come to visit us in London before. I think ziggy hit it on the head really - its not that Im worried hes moving on or whatnot, its that inviting a lady friend (that he used to be interested in, though that was years ago now) over at the last moment and having her stay in our flat and go doing touristy together is just really insensitive. Men and their lack of social graces!!! (no offence, Karb!)
We've exchanged some emails today, so I feel ok at the moment and think I did overreact a bit. Hes always the sort of guy that has had female friends, and hes told me that nothing will happen and truthfully I believe him. I guess Im just looking for something to focus on.
Come here kitten, we have some chick flicks to watch and ice cream to eatMortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010
