Cant see balance on cashplus website

I have just logged into my online account with Cashplus and for some reason the balance is not showing and it says unavailable and cant not see any of the shops ive used it in.

Does anyone who has a account with cashplus have the same problem?

Hi, I tried to use my cashplus gold card at Spar about an hour ago, it was declined twice so I had to pay by cash. Upon checking my balance online I have the same problem- the balance is unavailable and I have no transactions showing. I have over £350 credit on my card and am not happy at being embarassed by cashplus declining my transaction at Spar today. I had started to use the cashplus card for every day purchases but think I will go back to my debit cards if this is the service I am to expect from cashplus.:mad:

Must be a problem with them then.

I have had that happen to me with cashplus in a shop when they blocked the pin on my card then when i called them they blamed the shop that i last used it in.

They better sort it out today as all my money is on my card.

now that basic accounts report to cra's, dont pay cash plus a £5 for the same thing.

Eak! Please don't say these things - Just applied myself for the CashPlus card to get CreditBuilder.

Hope this is not a sign on things to come!

There was not a problem TAKING my money for the card this Afternoon though...
