Warmfront / fenhams

Had a boiler fitted by fenhams under the warm front grant.
Went to have a bath only to find water pouring out of my light fittings .The loft I's soaked I've had to switch the water and electrics off .Warm front are saying i need to get I'n touch with fitters and fenhams don't open till Tuesday :-(

I think Warmfront are fobbing you off. They are the firm that contracted out to Fenhams so it's their responsibility. Warmfront have used too many incompetent companies. There is another long thread headed 'Warmfront should be made accountable'.0
