How do I print an A3 document to two A4 sheets?

I have a map in pdf format and when I print to an A4 sheet it's too small to read easily. So how do I make it split it onto two A4 sheets thus making it A3 size?

Printer is a Canon MP560 and I'm using Foxit Phantom.

Dont have a 560. But on my printer it is

Print
Properties
Page properties- page layout- select poster printing
Then specify-image dimensions- Divide into two.
This should also give you a image of the printed doc. orientation etc
