3. The prize winners’ details will be available for 6 weeks by sending an SAE marked “JD Barbecue Sauces/website winners” to the Promoter at the address below after 30th September 2010.


4. The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.


5. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.


6. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.


7. This promotion and these terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

I received that e-mail also, I think its is a mistake on their part as the comp is supposed to be for an outdoor patio heater for Summer (looks like they have not updated the site).

I remember entering that comp in September for JD's birthday.
