Fitted wardrobe - alterations?

Hi,
Was looking for some (more) advice! I have bought a house and in the master bedroom there are fitted wardrobes. I'm not overly keen on them so what can I do to modify them without having to start from scratch?
They have one colour for the carcass and another for the doors, neither would be my choice and don't go with my bed or bedside cabinets. Is it a case of either the doors can be changed or get new ones?
Thanks all.
