I have ordered from this company and had a lot of problems with their customer services. I had left it quite late to order, but gave full contact details including 2 telephone numbers and an email address and the method they chose to contact me by to query my delivery address details, which were in any case correct, was through the post.

That the problem arose was not too concerning, and the prices seemed very good - although no better than the cheap sports store - might be JJB or soccerworld? - that I ended up using - but I'd expect customer services to have dealt with it better.

Hopefully this was a one off and you won't have any problems, but bear this in mind if you need the order promptly.

How do you sign in to an existing account at mandm? If I go to buy something I have to put all my details in and it seems that the code will work but shouldn't I be signing in to my account with them/ I have bought things from there before?
