They have just replied to my email .....


We can confirm your entry for Sunday has been received. We have identified a small issue whereby the SUBMIT button would not update to show ENTERED, this has now been rectified so if you login you will see you are indeed entered.

I've been having problems with it, so emailed them today. First reply basically said there was nothing they could do. So I replied with the following:

"Many thanks for your reply. It seems that I still am unable to submit the numbers. Attached is a screenshot of the page. I have highlighted my name, so you can see I am logged in, and highlighted the "confirmation" at the bottom of the page. I have tried a number of things now, and after a short search on the internet, realised that I am not the only one with this problem. Three days I have bought the paper to enter the competition. What a waste of time, energy and money. Very disappointed."

This was then followed by a very quick reply of:

"Firstly we have created an entry in the competition for you and entered the page numbers you have supplied for today. If you can supply the pages you would like to enter for Friday and Saturday we will ensure they are added to your registration.


The system appears to have not registered the fact you have logged into the competition which is most odd and we can assure you this is an isolated issue. It's most unusual considering you have clearly entered other competitions and we would like to locate the issue."

So just replied with Friday's and Saturday's numbers. Will probably have to email them again tomorrow, but at least they will be entered
