I have returned the items today encloseing the letter of complaint which I have already sent them previously we shall wait and see.
These are Christmas presents and I know the kids just tear the boxes of anyway but what would the parents think of me if I were to give them in that state. Think they would change my name under trade discription act to Scrodge:xmassign: everyone Bahhhhhhhhhhh Humbug

I also ordered the Magnetix, delivery time was excellent but the box wasn't in that good condition. If I had sold something like this on ebay I would have felt duty bound to mention condition of the box.

I've never been disappointed with them, although when Amazing Alison arrived last week both the inside and outside boxes were severely dented. I think this was down to the carrier though, I'd ordered the reduced TJ Bearytales 2 weeks before and he arrived in perfect condition.

Sent items back Saturday received parcel wednesday no letter of apology or anything but the items sent are now satisfactory and can be given as presents.
