New Persil non bio tablets

Hi all, was wondering if anyone can advise. I've been using Persil non bio tablets in the wash for quite sometime. The old style tablets used to go into a net & in the drum on top of the washing. Problem i'm getting is the new style non bio tablets say on the box to put in drawer but i find when i do that, they're not dissolving properly. I've called the manufacturer, Unilever UK to ask if its ok to put the new tablets in the net, in the drum with the clothes & i've had conflicting answers.
Was wondering if anyone out there is putting the new tablets in the net, in the drum with no problems.
Thanks for your time.
