HI there,
When cleaning out my office I came across a black and colour Epson ink cartridge, for which we have no use.
It seems such a waste to throw them away, I was wondering if anyone out there would have need of them or could suggest what I could do with them.
If anyone is interested, they are
PRINTER: Epson Stylus
C62/CX3200 (Colour)
T041
And the black cartridge is for the same, but he code is T040- I assume they can both fit into the same printer.
Contact me back and I can post them to you.
Cheers
Helen

I will have a look when I get to work on Monday: we've just been given an Epson and these may fit but if anyone else wants them in the meantime feel free to shout!Signature removed for peace of mind0

right, no use to me, shame, but rather than chuck 'em in the bin you could see if you have a branch of Cartridge World anywhere near you as they may take them off your hands for you in a greener way than anyone else I know!Signature removed for peace of mind0

It's a very good topic talking about the Wasted Ink Cartridges.
Actually not only ink cartridges, cell pohnes, batteries, TVs, computers ... etc, we call them as "electronic waste"
You know what, according to the U.S. EPA, over 20 million personal computers became obsolete in 1998 and only 13% were reused or recycled.
I am glad to see that people here have the sense of environmental concern .
I always think we can do so many things to prevent damaging our "Earth".
For example, try to re-use all the resource - box, paper, monitor ....etc.
I believe it's about time for our human being to do something "right".
Here are serveral sites containing some more information about avoiding e-waste.

I'm sure I saw something about this on the news a few months ago, all the computers etc' go to China (I think it was) and they strip them out and sell certain parts but it means there's rubbish left all over the place, some of which is toxic.0
