Eating out in Nottingham

Am posting for my daughter who is arranging a hen party in Nottingham in August but doesnt know the town that well - its just a convenient midpoint for all the people coming.
They want to go out for a meal on the Saturday evening and would ideally like a chain restuarant or not too expensive independent restaurant. What they need is somewhere that uses a big alcove or small separate room for big groups ie where noise doesnt bother others so much - there will be about twenty people. It needs to be not too far out as their hotel is in centre of town. Maybe there is somewhere that regularly hosts hen parties?
Many thanks

She call also try Antibo's (on Lower Parliament Street). It is an Italian resturant where my friend had her hen party (all be it several years ago). It is a large place and offers cocktail hours etc, plus half price/ two for one offers. Don't have the number but sure you would be able to find it on Google.0

I would reccomend Tamatangas, city centre (in the cornerhouse complex), very handy for nightlife. I would ring and book, ask them to put you upstairs. I think they have party menu as well. Curry mainly but something for most people, can really reccomend it, reasonably priced. http://www.tamatanga.com/ is the weblink, not connected to them but do like the food. Lots of other places around the cornerhouse though, nandos etc0

The other place is a great Italian called Savai, http://www.italian-restaurant-nottingham.co.uk/index.php just on outskirts of nottingham city, lovely food, (if you go early evening you will see proper old fashioned itallian grandma there), great place, room upstairs that is iften used for parties but downstairs is great as well0
