Where to buy cheap mini dustbin?

I'm looking for a 'mini' traditional metal dustbin, hopefully coloured, to put in the garden (to put my new puppy arrival's bagged poop in until rubbish day), something like this:
But I can't seem to find one less than around £18. I was sure places like Wilkinsons would have them cheaper, but can't seem to find any.
Any pointers, please?
