Is it worth it?

Hello everyone,
Great to read your posts about bank charges and there is a lot of good info out there. But I basically have one question; is it worth it?
I bank with both Natwest and Barclays bank. Over the years I have been charged lots of times for going over my overdraft usually get fined about £30. I would say I have probably been fined about £1,000 over the last 5 years.
So is it worth me going thought the trouble of filling out all these forms and paper work etc, how long will it take and any success story's out there in regards to the two mentioned banks?
Thanks

Unfortunately there has been little to no success with bank charges since the court ruling, unless you are going down the financial hardship route and even then there is no obligation for them to refund and it's usually a maximum of 6 months worth of charges. If you do want to still try it then check the sticky at the top of the page.0
