Really chuffed with my mse eBay front door that oh fitted last week. Job well done. Pat on the back. ......then I noticed large gaps around the new upvc frame. No probs says OH. Out comes a tube of expanding foam. I left him to it. Next time I looked gaps were gone BUT he had not blocked the other side and there was foam all over the door frame and on my newly painted interior wall. What a numpty. Managed to slice most of it of but there is still a layer. Want to give it a good scrub but I know that would damage the surfaces. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

A cleaning agent and elbow grease on the UPVC, you can get a cleaner especially for UPVC.
Be prepared to touch up the paint on the wall as I doubt the foam will come off without taking a bit of paint with it. If it's a newly painted wall you probably still have some paint left over.0 -
You need a cleaning agent like this FOAM EATERCourage is the art of being the only one who knows you're scared to death.
