I'm basing my comments on the situation now. I am £200 in credit, paying £80 a month and my last monthly bill (a week ago) was around £60. It doesn't take a genius to work out that through the summer (my 12 month contract ends in September) my credit balance will increase further. That is not Ovo "making money", it is Ovo holding onto my money when it demonstrably doesn't need to.
