3.28 "The tenant agrees that data about the Tenant and the Premises may be supplied by the Landlord or the letting agent to the Utilities or telephone supplier. The tenant understands that at the date the let commences, gas and electricity supplies will be supplied by Spark Energy Limited or be in the course of being supplied by Spark Energy"Limited.
Not sure what rights the tennant would have to choose the supplier if there was something hard in the contract (ie tennant agrees utilities will be supplied by company X for the duration of the tennancy).
However yours doesn't say that just makes you aware spark were/are attempting to supply as of day one and leaves it open for you to do whatever you like thereafter.
Only possibly complication would be if the letting agent or (less likely) spark tried to re-initiate the transfer in future, which would not be in line with your agreement. however if they try SP should write to you again with a 'sorry you are leaving' letter and you can object and block it again.
I hope you used a cashback site for the switch too0 -

Spark give kickbacks to letting agents for supplying to their tenants, so that is probably why this has happened. It will be the letting agent who contacted them in the first place to take over the supply.0
